Gene Bryan Jr.

Gene began his volunteer work in 1967 helping to design brochures and souvenir programs for Cheyenne Frontier Days™. His advertising firm provided professional services for CFD and he served as their Executive Secretary from 1978 through 1985. He introduced the “Hooey” newsletter, created the first formal financial system and was in charge of putting security fencing around the park. He was a member of the committee that founded the CFD Old West Museum and he helped guide early art shows. He was instrumental in establishing storage for the carriage collection. He has served on the CFD Board of Directors and became a HEEL in 1980.
