Harry Vold
Born and raised in Canada, Harry Vold grew up on a ranch. As a young man, Vold tried his luck at bareback and saddle bronc riding, but found that he was more interested in raising premier rodeo stock. He founded the Harry Vold Rodeo Co. in 1954. Now living in Fowler, Colorado, Vold has supplied livestock to every major rodeo from Canada to Mexico. He has supplied stock to the National Finals Rodeo every year since its inception in 1959. Vold’s first contract with CFD™ was in 1977, and he has continued to provide high quality stock every year since. Cheyenne is the largest rodeo he produces and he considers it the most prestigious in the country.
