Shoat Webster

Shoat Webster first entered Cheyenne Frontier Days™ in 1946 as a contestant and competed every year except two, into the early 1970s. He competed in three events; steer wrestling, calf roping and single steer roping. In a 14-year span, Shoat Webster won the Steer Roping Championship four times at Cheyenne Frontier Days™. He was known to help out around CFD™, sorting out the steers and calves and helping round the livestock into the chutes or catch pens.
