Bill Dubois

In 1974, the Tickets Committee was split into three separate committees and Bill became the first chairman of the Public Relations Committee. Since 1976, he has continued to be active in Cheyenne Frontier Days™ as an Indian Committee assistant. He is a founding member and first chairman of the Cheyenne Frontier Days™ Old West Museum, serving two terms. He is a past president of the Buckle Club and has been an active HEELS member since 1972.
