Bill Dubois
Bill Dubois began his career with Cheyenne Frontier Days™ by singing the national anthem in 1964 and he has sung it 265 times since. In 1967, wanting to become more involved, he became the number one assistant to Lloyd Flynn, the Ticket Chairman. He worked in that capacity until he became chairman himself in 1973. In 1974, the Tickets Committee was split into three separate committees and Bill became the first chairman of the Public Relations Committee. Since 1976, he has continued to be active in Cheyenne Frontier Days™ as an Indian Committee assistant. He is a founding member and first chairman of the Cheyenne Frontier Days™ Old West Museum, serving two terms. He is a past president of the Buckle Club and has been an active HEELS member since 1972.
