Mr. T
Considered one of the meanest and toughest bulls in the sport, Mr. T, a brahma bull owned by Hal and Pete Burns ran the circuit for seven years with the Burns Rodeo Company out of Laramie, Wyoming. The black and white 1,500 pound bull competed 187 times without being ridden to time. PRCA “Bucking Bull of the Year” in 1986 and Best Bull at the National Finals Rodeo in 1986 and 1989, Mr. T was unridden for over 5 years. On Saturday, July 30, 1989, on his 188th ride with Marty Staneart aboard, they set a Cheyenne Frontier Days™ arena record with a score of 93. Only two other cowboys had ridden him to time, Ty Murray and Raymond Wessel.
